Ordering
Call about products and price changes when ordering. We reserve
the right to change prices or discontinue an item without notice.
Now you can order any item in stock using our online order
form.
Payment
We accept checks and money orders (US funds). Personal checks
may delay your order. C.O.D. orders are shipped CASH ONLY on
delivery. A 50% deposit is required on all orders. On orders
outside of the U.S.A. there is an additional $5.00 C.O.D. charge.
Shipment
Most orders are shipped via U.P.S. Furnish a complete address
and phone number. U.P.S. will not deliver to a P.O. Box. Minimum
shipping and handling charge is $5.00. If a package is refused,
you will be charged a 15% handling charge plus freight.
Items too large to ship U.P.S. will be shipped by truck. All
items shipped by truck must be prepaid. Trucking companies will
collect shipping charges only.
Any orders shipped outside of the U.S. must be paid in full
before shipping.
Damaged Freight
Inspect merchandise immediately in the presence
of the delivery person. Should you detect any damage which may
have occurred in shipping, make sure the delivery person notes
it. The carrier is responsible for damaged freight; make all
claims to the carrier.
Special Orders
Please contact us for a quotation on special
orders. Advance payment is required prior to actual fabrication.
In the event of cancellation, payments cannot be refunded. Special
orders are not returnable except for those with manufacturing
defects.
Product Appearance
We reserve the right to change the design or
look of any product, at any time, without prior notice.
Guarantee and Liability
Merchandise is guaranteed free from defects in
workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, any product
found to be defective. Street Impact's Brass Parts and Wellbaum's
Brass Designs will not be liable for personal or property damage
caused by use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. Our
liability will end with the repair of the part if found to be defective.
Returns
All customers must contact Street Impact or Wellbaum's to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before returning
a product. Credit will be issued on all returns and are subject
to a 15% restocking charge. Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS, only
shop credit. No returns after 30 days. All returned merchandise
must be in original condition and shipping must be prepaid or
return will be refused. No returns on special orders.
