Street Impact ~ America and MasterPeace Communications believes that the solution to the nation's youth crisis lies in the ability of "Adult" America to demonstrate to our youth that... "WE really do CARE about them..." This initiative was born out of countless counseling sessions where most everyone who was hurting said "Is there anyone who Really cares?"
The infrastructure of "We Care That You Care" is a composite network of staff, professionals and lay citizens who make-up the fiber of the community, those who identify those in need of help, lead them to that help by taking an active roll in sponsoring them... and bring them back to a solid foundation. Following the wake of the "ISLAND IMPACT ~ HAWAII!" and "STREET IMPACT ~ AMERICA" programs the "We Care That You Care" initiative will train and prepare individuals for "building" upon that foundation... then provide the necesssary assistance, guidance, education and job opportunities to integrate them with society.
The Street Impact ~ America and Masterpeace approach differs fundamentally from other organizations in that:
- We eliminate the symptom by searching out and extracting the root problem...
- We encourage "Sponsorship" of the participants by not simply underwriting the costs but through personal and professional involvement.
- Our desire is to reproduce the initiative across America and to position "We Care That You Care" for local leadership to institute the process in their own communities.
