This raffle is offered only to individuals 18 years of age and older residing in the United States of America and Canada. Drawing will be held on Independence Day - July 4th, 2011.

Ticket purchases are non-refundable. Ticket purchases will be accepted in the order in which they are received and payment completed.

A minimum of 3,000 tickets must be sold or raffle will be cancelled and all tickets will be refunded.

Winner need not be present to win.

Board of Directors of MasterPeace Communications, Inc. will have the final say in any dispute.

Raffle Winner will be responsible to take delivery of their vehicle.

This offer is Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees and members of the Board of Directors of Masterpeace Communications, Inc. and Street Impact and their immediate families are ineligible.

All applicable federal, state and local taxes, licensing, title processing and other applicable fees will be paid, by the winner, prior to taking ownership and possession of vehicle. Winner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Street Impact and Masterpeace Communications, Inc., its members, officers and directors, from any liability for federal, state or local taxes due.

Winner's name will be posted on the Street Impact ~ America and MasterPeace Communications web site immediately following the drawing.

Tickets may not be resold, only names written on the original ticket are eligible to win. Faxes of tickets will not be accepted.

Should the winning ticket be declared ineligible for any of the reasons above, a new drawing will be held from the remaining tickets and a new winner will be selected and notified.

Submitting payment for tickets indicates purchaser's agreement to the Terms and Conditions stated above.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, state of residence, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes by Street Impact ~ America and MasterPeace Communications, Inc., and agrees to sign a publicity release without further compensation.

Conditions

1. How to Enter:

Each ticket constitutes one (1) entry into the Street Impact ~ America raffle. To enter by phone, complete an entry form, and call the numbers listed. Give the staff your information and include your credit card or personal check (personal checks must clear before tickets are issued) in the amount of $20.00 (U.S. funds) per ticket, payable in U.S. funds to: Street Impact ~ America!

To enter by mail, copy and send your completed entry form, include your cashiers check, money order or personal check (personal checks must clear before tickets are issued) in the amount of $20.00 (U.S. funds) per ticket, payable in U.S. funds to: Street Impact ~ America!

To enter online: - - Complete the entry form and forward per the instructions. All mail in entries must be legible and complete. Incomplete entries will not be honored. Upon receiving payment, tickets will be mailed via registered mail to the credit card billing address or the address requested for check or money order entries.

2. Prize Drawing Dates:

The car drawing will be held on Independence Day - July 4th, 2011. The drawing will be held in the presence of a certified agent. The decision of the judges are final. All funds raised will be held in account until the drawings takes place and prize is awarded.

3. Eligibility:

The raffles are open to all legal United States and Canada residents who are 18 years or older. Participants outside of the United States or Canada and who are 18 years or older are also eligible to win any of the prizes. The grand prize winner shall be responsible for all taxes, registration, licensing and any other fees on the prize. By entering the raffle entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and release Masterpeace Communications, Inc. and Street Impact ~ America, their affiliates and employees from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the drawing, including but not limited to the selection process. All entrants also agree to the use of their names, addresses, likeness, and any remarks (statements) made by them regarding any of the prizes for advertising and publicity purposes and any and all rights to said use without further compensation. Prize winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release form. Prize winners must return the affidavit and release within 14 days of notification or notification will void that entry and said prize will be forfeited. No further claims can be made. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Raffles are void where prohibited by law.

5. Winners Lists:

A list of winners will be posted on our web site starting on the date of the first drawing, and will remain until the first prize winner drawing for the next raffle.
