    Red Shepard


Founder and Executive Director


Red Shepard is founder and Executive Director of MasterPeace Communications International and Morningstar Fellowship. Red's background includes thirty years of extensive business and management experience in the field of entertainment.

His "early years" included musical bands, acting (stage lead in "Hair"), modeling, and television. He was known then as Red Shepard - and his career developed into commericals and producing (theater, concerts, records and television).

In the past 26 years, he worked with several recording artists... produced "C'mon Along" a television series hosted by Barry McGuire. He directed and performed in "The Witness," a musical on tour in Europe. In 1980 Red Shepard formed MasterPeace Communications, Inc. as a platform to reach people through various forms of communications, entertainment, counseling and friendship.

  • 1980-1985 - Based in Hawaii, Red Shepard helped troubled youth, and ministered to leadership, using an 85-foot sailing vessel as a tool.

  • 1985-1987 - Created National Petition Network (obtaining 3,000,000 Signatures). Speaking for MasterPeace and helping troubled kids.
  • 1985-1992 - Based in Texas... working with youth, using Arabian horses. Ministering to leadership and their families. Taught on Prayer and character building principles.

  • 1992-1995 - Took a sabbatical after the loss of his eyesight. Personal ministry became one on one with leadership, local hurting youth and their families. Wrote and compiled special teachings for youth... creating (New Horizon "Action" Materials) for Personal Life Development.

  • 1995-1998 - Red engaged in the development of MasterPeace Youth Programs such as: "HIGH IMPACT", "Island Impact"(Send A Child To Hawaii), "Street Impact ~ America!," "School Impact" and the "We Care That You Care" initiative.

  • 1998-2000 - Expansion of Island Impact ~ Hawaii! to the East Coast and Bahamas. Now "Island Impact ~ Bahamas!" Development of programs providing counsel, healing and rest for leadership. The major emphasizes is for Leadership... (Pastors, Youth, Corporate, City, Christian Leadership) and their families.

  • 2000-2008 - Expansion of Street Impact ~ America! Now "Street Impact ~ America!" Street Impact ~ America! is committed to setting a new standard for young people... and is currently intensifying it's involvement with the National Car Show circuit. By acquiring and building "street rods", Street Impact has positioned itself within national car show events creating a venue for reaching Youth and their parents in a contemporary way without compromising its principles.

    Anti-Drug campaign, in schools, in cities where car show is being produced. Youth and parents invited to car show for fun, music, and counsel. Development of these programs provide counsel, healing, and peace... for youth and their families.
